Early Christian Commentary is an online resource devoted to the study of the beliefs, practices and history of early Christianity.

Verse by Verse Commentary Project
We are in the process of developing a software solution to compile all of the footnoted biblical allusions, references and quotations within the Church Fathers in canonical order from Genesis to Revelation, also including the Apocrypha. 
Texts are taken from the thirty-eight volume Early Church Fathers (Hendrickson edition).
Please consider donating to ECC. Fundraising nearly covered the complete development of the first two phases of project, the ANF and the NPNF parses. The target amount of funds has been updated to include the third and final stage, that is, to fix the errors mentioned below. Thanks in advance for your contribution to the work of ECC.
The Editor
Seraphim (Elliott) Nesch is the editor of the Commentary and Dictionary. He is also the editor of the book Early Christian Commentary of the Sermon on the Mount.
